ABOUT BRANDON
Redefining the Way
I Move
Brandon is a successful serial entrepreneur that was able to build a 7 figure real estate business in less than 3 years. Prior to public speaking and educating people just like him on how to crack the code through real estate investing. He definitely endured many trials and tribulations.
After graduating from an alternative high school he barely escaped with a just a 2.2 GPA. School wasn’t for him so he became an apprentice barber. He had to clean the barbershop until he learned how to cut hair which he enjoyed very much. After realizing that sacrificing your weekends with no health benefits wasn’t going to be a good exit strategy he decided to pursue a nursing degree. As he started at the community college in Orlando, FL he also volunteered at the local hospital. Due to his persistent personality to nurture others they quickly hired him as a patient transporter. While cutting hair on the weekends going to college and working at the hospital through out the week Brandon said “ Days we’re going by so slow and I know I was getting traction but it wasn’t my passion.” He realized that he needed to do more to help repay his family.
Let’s back track a bit, he was brought up by a single mother and grandmother. He had to share a bedroom with his grandmother until the age of 16 because of finances. Brandon says “ Mom and grandma taught me how to be a man and did all they could I didn’t care to much for the silver spoon but I knew I needed to be better for them” . He had caught the real estate bug when he met his father as a late teen and found out that he was a successful real estate investor. After trying so many things is when he got tired of the pay check to paycheck and living at home with his mother and grandmother that he went to get his real estate license.

Brandon Narain CEO of Blue notes inc has stamped himself through the Real Estate industry and has closed over 300 + transactions. “Going against the grain isn’t easy, I mean dropping out of college and trying to be successful realtor was hard“ Brandon says but it was definitely worth it. He got licensed to sell homes but quickly figured out it wasn’t something he was good at.
Searching online for other endeavors he came across real estate investing and just like many he thought he needed money to flip properties. He said “ Once I found out I can flip contracts I knew I had a chance.” He than started closing deals left and right raking in thousands of dollars every month. He understood that it was time to scale so he started hiring and delegating people to different roles to build Blue notes inc. Brandon stated in a interview in 2019 “ that first deal when I made 8,500 gave me a feeling I will never forget. That’s why I pride myself on showing others how to get their foot in so they can feel it too”
